Terms of use and client agreement

By acquiring any service, consultation, or digital product from Introkit Processes LLC, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  • Physical Service Territory: In-person administrative support is primarily offered within the state of Georgia. Physical assistance in South Carolina or Florida may be available at the sole discretion of Introkit Processes.
  • Remote/Online Work: Services for all other states are conducted strictly online. Introkit will assist with all digital paperwork and preparation; however, should a state require a physical presence to complete a process (such as certain IRP/Apportioned Plate registrations), the Client is responsible for attending the appointment in person.
  • Travel Costs: For any requested in-person support outside of the immediate local area, the Client is responsible for 100% of travel expenses, including airfare, hotels, fuel/mileage, and per diem food costs. These must be paid or reimbursed prior to or at the time of service.

  • Documentation: Services are dependent on the timely and accurate provision of data. The Client agrees to provide all requested documentation (e.g., MVRs, Medical Cards, Equipment Lists) within 48 hours of a request.
  • Liability: Introkit Processes is not liable for regulatory penalties or missed deadlines resulting from delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the Client.

  • Right to Correct: In the event of a material error or omission made solely by Introkit Processes, the Client agrees to provide Introkit with a reasonable opportunity to correct or "cure" the error at no additional cost to the Client.
  • Refund Restriction: A refund will not be issued for any error that can be rectified before the Client incurs an actual, non-reimbursable financial loss or penalty.
  • Exclusions: Introkit is not responsible for any liability, fines, or damages arising from the Client's operational conduct, third-party agency decisions, or information that was not provided to Introkit in writing.
  • Cap on Liability: Should an error result in a loss that cannot be corrected, the total liability of Introkit Processes LLC to the Client shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service from which the claim arose.

  •  No Guarantees: Introkit Processes provides expert guidance; however, we cannot guarantee the outcome of audits or stop any adverse actions, fines, or shutdowns decided by government agencies or law enforcement.
  • Client Responsibility: If professional consulting advice is ignored or altered by the Client, the Client assumes 100% legal and financial responsibility for any resulting consequences.

  • Ethical Standards: Introkit Processes will not, under any circumstances, falsify records, backdate documents, or misrepresent data.
  • Legal Proceedings: If subpoenaed regarding a Client’s records, Introkit will provide truthful testimony. Perjury will not be committed for any party.

  • Refund Policy: All service fees are non-refundable. Any refunds or credits are issued solely at the discretion of Introkit Processes.
  • Consulting Rates: Time spent on advisory calls or special projects outside of a membership scope is billed at $80 per hour (one-hour minimum). Virtual meetings with staff are billed at $100 per hour.
  • Standard Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Communication outside these hours is at the sole discretion of Introkit.

  • No Legal Advice: Introkit Processes provides administrative compliance support and regulatory guidance based on FMCSA and DOT standards. Introkit is not a law firm. Nothing provided by Introkit, whether written or verbal, should be construed as legal advice. The Client is advised to consult with a licensed attorney for any legal interpretations, defense, or litigation.
  • No Financial Authority: Introkit Processes does not make financial decisions on behalf of the Client. This includes, but is not limited to, tax planning, insurance procurement, or capital investments. The Client remains the sole party responsible for the financial solvency and fiscal decisions of the business.
  • Operational Authority: Introkit acts as an administrator only. The Client (the Motor Carrier) remains the sole legal authority and responsible party for all operational decisions, including the hiring and firing of drivers and/or contractors
